Since healing happens through consistency, these 30 day care plans are designed to see clear progress. Starting April 1st,2026, established clients have the option of purchasing a 30 days structured care plan. These can be continued to be purchased monthly if desired. These are optional. Note: The hourly rates are changing from $130 an hour to $145 an hour on April 1st, so the price of these plans will be based on the new pricing that starts in April. Essential Maintenance Plan- 1 session within 30 days $135, a $10 savings. This is an option for those seeking therapeutic support and preventative care. Neurokinetic therapy isn't just for pain, but also to keep muscles functioning to their optimal level, making it great for pain relief as well as maintenance to keep you moving comfortably. Plus, bodywork is a great stress relief and stress alone can make our tissues mimic an injury that may not have occurred.
Relief and Restore Plan-2 sessions within 30 days $270, a $20 savings. Recommended for chronic pain and reoccurring tension patterns and chronic structural imbalances. If we find the same patterns between sessions, you are not quite maintenance yet. An example can be hips chronically misaligned. Misaligned hips can lead to misaligned feet, ankles and shoulders.
Intensive Alignment Plan-4 sessions within 30 days $520, a $60 savings. For acute pain and injury recovery support or high demand bodies. Weekly care can increase tissue recovery and relax the nervous system. This is for those who still need weekly support after their new client 3 pack is used up.
Eligibility:
-Clients who have finished the new client 3 pack
-Clients already enrolled in the 30 day care plan

Maintaining the 30 day care plan:
-If it has been longer than a month since your previous appointment, sessions return to the regular rate of $145.
-You have the option to re-join the 30 day care plan after one regular priced appointment.
-If it has been longer than 6 months since your last appointment, the new client 3 pack is required in order to restart visits. The longer it has been since your last visit, the more there will be to clear up and this allows me to give you my best.
Policies:
-Plan expires 30 days from purchase
-Plans are non-refundable and non-transferable
-All plans are prepaid and scheduled the previous month.
